More Sunshine!

I got to do a fun little project for a reader this week. Kara asked me to re-create my “You are my Sunshine” canvas for her little girls (you can see the original ones here and here). The previous two projects were made using a recycled canvas, and this one was made with a new canvas…may I just say that new canvas is SO much easier to work with??

Here it is displayed on the Gradient Dresser:

you are my sunshine canvas

Hope your day is filled with sunshine!

I have always loved this!! I've even looked at stores to see if I could find something comparable, but can't. If you are making them and selling them, I would love one! Tell me what you need and how much and I would get right on it!

Absolutely love this! Reminds me so much of my grandparents, who would rock me in their rocking chair, singing this song.

My kids have grown up with my own variation of the song - I put in their nicknames in place of the word "sunshine".

Great job!!!

Korrie, You have to be one of the busiest people I know! You get more projects done in a week than I do in months. Love this canvas and thanks for joining the party.

Love this Korrie. I made one this week, well, actually I made two. One for a friend that asked me to, and the other is for another friend's birthday.
I however, made them to look like subway art. (black with white lettering)
have a great weekend,
gail
