Waiting game…

I have spent the last few days house-hunting in the Seattle area, and we made an offer on this house…

…which is in the north Bothell/Mill Creek area.

The house is lovely, and I think it could really be “home” for our family.  It’s hard to get used to how small the lots are here, though!

Cross your fingers for us!

Korrie my fingers are crossed and jealous! Such a lovely home. We live in an area with tiny lots too, I guess you get used to the 'closeness' but we love our neighbors like family so that helps. Good luck!

Good luck on the house. It has very nice curb appeal. Good luck on getting used to the small lot size as well. My lot is four acres and I don't think I could go back to a small lot ever again. Happy Holidays!

The house looks great! Fingers are crossed! After living on the farm, I don't think I could live in the city again.

Hope your offer us accepted. Your observations about the small lot reminded me when I moved to Colorado. I told the real estate agent it was hard to think about living on such a small lot. She told me " in Colorado you don't buy a house in a "lot", you buy a house on a "little".

Good luck! My son was in the Air Force in Tacoma and we found out that the traffic is a force of nature between the two cities! Hope you get your dream!

Sure hope you get your home. It's a stunner, so nice. Has incredible curb appeal. Looks like it's a nice size also.Looks like you have a garage at other end of house. That's always handy.
In the west they have to put as many houses as they can in the amount of acreage for a development, makes developer alot more money.
You'd really be shocked at too many of the lots in southern California for homes. You could reach out your window and touch your neighbors wall. Yeah, really.
