ReplyDeleteIf money were no object, and I could give to whom ever I wanted..... I would buy the gift of time. Time to spend with all those I love. Time to make them all the things I wish I could make them. Time to help them with their projects, their needs, a shoulder to cry on, etc. Time to visit and laugh and make memories and re-hash all of the old memories......
ReplyDeleteI can buy time right? Since we're pretending that money is no object. :D
Congratulations on getting MORE than 100 followers. :D Very exciting!!

ReplyDeleteIf I could give anything at all I would give the gift of salvation to EVERYONE!! Obviously I can try to do this but I would open their eyes to it!
ReplyDeleteI'm with Heskew- salvation! But this year...my Dad is dying and will probably not live long after New Year's. He has served and loved Jesus WELL and is READY to meet his Savior face-to-face but if I could, I would give my Mom the gift of my Dad being healthy and HERE for another 20 years. It wouldn't really be a gift to my Dad (who is only 57), since heaven is SO MUCH more than this life here:) But you asked...and that's what I would give if I could.

The gift I most want to give this year is my time. I let myself get too busy with things that don't really matter in the big scheme of things. I want to be able to give time to folks in need, and my precious son, and not think that I wasted a moment!

The gift I'd love to give the most is to my husband... he's been training so diligently for a triathlon next year and I'd love to get him some running shoes, swimwear and a great bike... also, it would be awesome to get a fun weekend place in CA where and when the triathlon is so we could make a fun trip of it =)
